Returns & Refunds

We understand that making a purchase on-line without being able to touch or feel the item may be frustrating for some. Therefore, our no-quibbles returns policy enables you to return an item within 30 days from receipt for a refund.

Please note we do NOT refund delivery charges unless the goods are damaged or the wrong item has been sent, therefore all refunds are MINUS this amount.

If you wish to exchange an item for some reason, please purchase the item you require. A refund will be given when the returned item has been received back and condition checked.

Damaged / Incorrect Item

Please contact us by email: [email protected] or by phone: +44 (0) 118 327 5112 if your item is received damaged or incorrect. We do endeavour to exchange all damaged / incorrect items within 7 working days from receipt of returned goods dependant on stock availability otherwise a full refund including any costs incurred within reason will be made once we’ve validated your claim.

Please note any delivery charges we reimburse will be limited to a value of no more than Royal Mails suggested delivery rates.

Returns WILL NOT be accepted on worn or misused goods

Please return goods in original condition as received. Please do not remove original labels / tags as this will void any rights to a refund or exchange.  Any items of clothing returned with deodorant marks / animal hairs or the smell of perfume/cologne or smoke will not be accepted.

Please note YOU are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us.

Returns from outside the EU

Please ensure you mark your customs form clearly with the following: “No Commercial Value” and "Product Returned For Refund" or "Product Returned For Exchange".

It’s also a good idea to highlight this to the courier you are using so they can assist with filling out the paperwork correctly to ensure you avoid any charges and problems with UK Customs.

It’s important you note that we will not accept any returned goods with customs charges added if your parcel is stopped at the UK Border because procedures have not been followed correctly.

Please ensure your returns parcel contains a copy of your original receipt along with your reason for returning the product.

Finally, please ensure you mark you parcel with your ‘senders address’.

Goods in Transit

We will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit from you.

Please ensure you use a reputable courier and obtain a receipt for your item in case you need to make a claim.

How long do these processes take?

We aim to have your return / refund / exchange processed within 7 working days from receipt of goods.
